If this wasn't covered in your orientation or in your GOM, you need to ensure that it this info is shared with the rest of your pilot group (company email or SharePoint is great for this sort of thing). Once you've taken care of that, let your Chief Pilot know you're getting the message out, and see if there's anything he or she might wish to add.
