The OP asked if we have to comply with Part 91 when operating under Part 135?  Not sure what your problem is, I provided an example: 91.155 that specifies cloud-clearance criteria that are not expressed in Part 135, but we still have to observe and comply with them. So that actually is an example that the OP was asking for. Do you understand how this whole internet forum thing works, or are you just being argumentative for fun (yours)? I've known some pretty slow helicopter pilots in my day - perhaps you're one of them.
