The only people flying HAA are the ones that either:

a:  don't really need the job

b:  failed out of the airlines because they can't adapt

c:  are too old or set in their ways to go the the airlines

Why would any young person who actually has a choice not at least try the airlines before HAA?  The airlines have figured out that they can train just about anybody to fly an airplane and they are finally helping people to do it.
