IN the past was run by a lot of very under qualified inexperienced over zealous individuals + 2 day on 2 day off but still on call and must be within an hour's drive time schedul. 
like most of Florida the county is exploding with new growth and new neighborhoods plenty of great places to buy a home and enjoy the Florida lifestyl.
