Sadly true.  And sad we have to cater to the 1% or 2% to all 100% of crews because most a solid good people with no ill intentions.  Crazy how some crews over involve themselves with the pilot's responsibilities when the pilot's don't seem to involve themselves in their crews responsibilities and holding them accountable for their policies in their field.
