Metro has a $1,500 deductible which is reimbursable (you earn $125 a month towards the deductable).  I generally just wait till the end of the year and file my claim all at once for the $1,500 total. You may claim monthly if you wish (or any other time period quaterly, semi annually etc.)

If your retired military (Tricare) or us spousal medical benifits, the company will pay you an additional $6,000 a year to not use their benefits.

The company pays 100% of the premiums and no money is taken out of your paycheck.
