Im not sure what world you are living in, but the only individual judging you get is how well you negotiate on the day you get hired. The rest of your time at PHI you only get the bare minimum of what they have to give you. I don't really like a union either, and in an ideal world, they wouldn't be needed because the company would treat their people right.
