Medcrew consistently refuse to fly in perfectly flyable weather.  

Wx at my base and area is 3300-3500 and 10SM.  But because there's one blue dot to the NW where weather is 1800 (and we're at sea level with zero mountains nearby) with forecast to remain stable all night and despite telling them we won't be taking any flights that way they still aren't "comfortable" to fly.  

It's like this for every pilot at my base of mostly old-timers.  It's just the way it is.  Typical in this industry now.
