I actually don't remember, despite having one. I thought it was in helicopters with a seating configuration of nine or more. But don't hold me to it. I know where to look it up though. I think, except mostly for medium and heavy twins offshore, having one helps mostly with availability to be assigned under certain employer, contract, or accreditation requirements.
