Haverfield is Quanta. Quanta is a giant conglomerate with MBA types at the helm. MBA types are conditioned to think that education equals experience and knowledge. Who has loads of education yet little experience but barrels of BS? Retired military with degrees aplenty but have never seen a 20,000 foot wire pull. Who’s intimidated by dirty pilots that don’t have military or education.? Same crowd. Who’s got to go? Dirty experience.
