Welcome onboard checkairmen to the never ending battle of pilots vs. management. This toxic work environment will remain for a long time.  Makes it real hard to go to this place every day when there is nothing but dragging feet, bitching and moaning, hanging heads, where management is the enemy. It's a cesspool of bad attitudes and poor leadership. Jumping ship to a non union operator as soon as our interest rates and housing markets find equilibrium...maybe sooner.
