Message Considering getting my ATP. Aside from taking the written and brushing up on the IFR stuff, is there anything else to keep in mind? It's been a while since I was in flight school, I know a lot of the ATP stuff changed on the fixed wing side, but not sure about the rotorwing side. Currently planning to go to a flight school and get it done in a Robby.
I kind of regret not getting my ATP at the peak of my flight instructing 'career' in an R22 at early 2000's rates, but here I am.
Shoot away... thanks for any serious replies/ advice. And yes, I know I should go learn to fly airplanes.
