Can someone explain why the guys that regularly manage to slam Blackhawks into the ground get direct entry into the lucrative jobs while a 3,000 hour civilian rotor pilot (who may even hold the extremely valuable rotorcraft ATP rating) with real experience in the civilian aviation industry is told to get bent?
