Message AMC is once again behind the pay rate and everyone should have received full back pay for the market adjustment back through January. In order for AMC to be competitive they need at least 4% annual raises back dates to August 1st.
GMR putting out 4% raises after 1st of year and then continuing 3% per year for a totla of 7% for 2023.
How will AMC respond Or be proactive to be the industry leader they claim to be?
