 If $96k is the starting wage here that's only for SPIFR and no one is starting at $114k... Also, let's talk about the creative math they are doing when they claim to give out "almost 4 weeks of PTO". 150hrs is what you get, which at 12hrs per day(not 8hrs...) it's 12.5days of PTO. They don't do sick time. AMC does 5 days and can accrue 10 AND start at 14 days PTO.  1.68% step increase yearly and COLA if they feel like it. Otherwise nada. Yes, the cost of living is expensive here, but LFN doesn't compensate with Sperling data or whatever like AMC does. The retention rate is mediocre at best and they also won't pay a retention bonus like GMR, Survival Flight, Boston MedFlight, or AMC. Their excuse is that their starting pay makes up for it.
