or whatever they call it, without the Option of a Strike or walk out...the Big Wigs at the company know that and say "so what are you going to do about it?".......and all the union says is stop OT...lol......yeah ok.....until the union can really PUNCH hard back, then not worth it....the 109 hasn't had any grasp on the company since been there....Unless you can enforce a Strike or Walk out and missing flights...and Yeah I have been with the Local 108 and 109 for years.....all the Union Heads is blame the company....outsiders in the Union running the hen house...
