Most management or "leadership" in HAA-World are from the medical community, not aviation. If there is a conflict or accusation, unless there is blatant, overwhelming evidence to the contrary, the medical crewmember will get the benefit of the doubt. With that said, as a professional pilot and decent human-being, you should generally be able to avoid putting yourself in situations that would lend credibility to accusations made against you.
