There are plenty, I mean thousands of pilots active and non active from military, private airplane to airline pilots with DUI’s. So many in fact the FAA has a program in which pilots can rehabilitate and show they aren’t a danger to the public.
You’ll have to sign a waiver for any 135 operator to allow a DMV inquiry of your driving record. So you can’t really hide a DUI.
If your DUI is old or you’ve participated in a rehab program you can get a job maybe not the one you want right off but there are plenty of employers out there.
