Message You file for workman's comp and are disabled and are getting a payout, but you still hold a medical, it will be permanent revoked by the FAA once you try and Go back to work. If covid caused symptoms bad enough to go on workman's comp, then you also have a disqualifying faa condition. Even the AME new guidance is saying if you come to them with Long Covid symptoms they can deny you now.
