AEL starting pay: $82,000 - 92,000 depending on experience + $15k sign on bonus = potential $107k base for first year.

Can anyone please post starting pay and sign on bonus with any of the other HAA companies?  

I spoke with Metro HR and was told $80k to start even with 10 years prior HAA experience.
