You could always call and ask someone... But to the best of my knowledge it really kind of depends on your expierence and where you are going to be a float. Some guys are getting +$5000 and some guys are getting +$10,000 depending on the region and area. You travel off hitch, but it is all completely paid for including your time, but again there are some guys that have worked out deals where they travel on hitch. I think Per Diem currently is $45/night. But I might be slightly off on that.
