there is NO  $86k-$90K starting at AMC...or Metro or any of those...YOU CAN'T INCLUDE THE ACCRA Dummy....those companies offer Hard starting salaries....Starting AMC is now $86k PERIOD....Metro starting is a hard $80k...no in betwen.....I just interviewed with MT....went thru the list of questions and qualifications i have (Proven) and years in EMS....I received a offer letter for $95k starting plus add ons like the Sign on bonus and any additional Stipends....but Starting salary was $95k...they obviously go by experience 

You interview with AMC, the most they can offer you is $86k in salary and they will hold themselves to that...they can offer a Experience pay of $5000 additionally a year and then ACCRA.  but salary for Metro $80k, AMC $86k,  Survivial flight $80k, PHI $75k.....
