I really wish people would do some basic research before posting.

the CASA212 is a fixed gear aircraft.  Gear can’t be stuck.  Probably had a tire/wheel failure in departure.

Copiliot, who fell out, may have gone aft, lowered the ramp, and tried to check the status of the gear.  Probably did not attach safety line and slipped out.
