Defining moment for AMC. Will AMC make an offer to be the industry leader? That means nothing less than 18% raise, and over $50k bonuses for CURRENT pilots, and OT over 12 hours per shift..... If AMC does not present an "industry leading" raise and benefits package the union SHOULD ABSOLUTELY refute it and demand better!!! This is ALL on AMC to do the right thing and pay up.
