Pretty accurate by watching the few clips of it working I saw on the news. Bucket all over the place,  aircraft in dip looking like it's dancing. I'm gonna say something to do with the line / bucket / wind, and or complete fuel starve. Doesn't matter if you have 20+ years in the military, flying a line with a 20,000 lb load on a windy day in that area is no joke.
