I was ready to jump over to GMR for an opening in Richmond VA. Stopped in while they were on a flight and was told 4-3on/6off schedule was coming, despite job listing stating 7/7.
I love my 7d/7off 7n/7off too much, the 15% pay increase don't matter. If jumping ship have all the facts first.
