that 360 has been in place for more than 5yrs and it has only gotten worst...they take the GEO info in which the area you work from some 3rd Party (won't say who) and then deduct about 2-3% off that and pay you that for your area....that program rushed out by the NEW HR HITLER lady at the time spelled the doom for the company ...many good people have left because of that and still leave...you can be a 10-25yr employee and they could careless if you leave or not...you won't even get a Thank you from them on the AMG side.....sad...used to be a good place to work when Big AL was around...believe me PHI Health is NOT the highest paying out there...i hear that alot but the starting pay is only like $2500 more a year (or was) than AMC or Metro...actually Metro starts you off more and so does AMC.....
