Guess we will see what happens in the future, don't want to just be getting 3% every year.  The amount of hats they have you wear and the about of inspections increase every year but the pay moves at a snails pace. 

Hell Mcdonalds is now paying 21hr at some locations, they are closing that gap for sure. 

Like minimum wage has gone up all over the country, 5 or 10 bucks per hr but the pay for mechs goes up 3%, come on they have got to do better then that.
