You're obviously very experienced and knowledgeable about the industry. And Gordon you. I would put out there that I hired on at a little over 2500 TT a few years back and have found the job to be relatively anti-climactic. I'm not saying that there haven't been some challenging situations, but 98% of the time, EMS has been some of the easiest flying I've ever done. Flying's the easy part. It's the people that are the hard part of the job alot of the time. Just my two cents.
