If you don't do things perfectly, or exactly how it likes them to be done. Then you will end up making turns unexpectedly as the person above said. There are plenty of times it almost seems like it has a mind of it's own and starts doing things you don't expect. Restarting an approach for example. Or my favorite thing it does in the clouds is when you are in Heading flying vectors and then you get a "direct to." You hit the Direct button, then put it in Nav mode and it immediately will turn opposite the direction you expect. It will eventually catch itself, and roll back correctly, but yeeeeaaahhh.... Fun times.
