Stay far away from the IFR e version, e in this case stand for "economy."  The lack of proper intergration between the Genesis displays and the helisas leaves much to be desired.  The 135/145 with standard airbus autopilot with the metro SPIFR mods (GNS or GTN varient) are great platforms, not talking about long leg fuel issues, but the avionics and autopilot are superb.  I'm not taking the helisas in that thing IMC.  The E in a VFR program, no problem, stripped down, light weight and simple.  Metro took an IFR aircraft and stripped it down which was fine, but then to rebuild it into an IFR machine putting inferior avionics back in it, no way.  Just stick with a standard C2 at that rate.
