Seem like all companies are doing the same. Metro and Med trans are adding bases monthly.

I have seen some IFR bases go without pilots forever because the applicants don't have enough IFR time. When are companies going to hire on and train a pilot to fly in the clouds. Surely they would want to train new guys to do it the proper way and maybe then pilots would stick around in return.

When is the last time you IFR guys got to fly a checkride in the clouds? Simulators don't count.
