So here's the hard truth.

AMC is hiring new pilots at a higher rate than current employees.

Unless the group of pilots within AMC come together, we are going to lose.

Military guys, understand there is more at stake than just money, benefits etc.  Civilian guys don't have that luxury. As much as the civilian guys need to know their worth and hold tight, to help get better pay for military guys as well.

Do you want to be like the airlines and get your W4 pay and make a great living to help pay off the those nice toys you bought, yes! The civilian guys want to help you  too, because it helps us as well.

How about we play on the same team for once, and make this better for everyone.
