Had a medical person  that needed belt extenders just for the seat belts to fit. A 200 lb limit was just for one leg. At least we had a greased shoe horn so the nurse could  at least get in out of the aircraft. It included a wheel barel to  be wheel to the aircraft to get a decent lift off times.
