Hearing from my friends at ProMedica a merger is in place with MetroHealth flight program. 
They will be switching to 145's but until they get new (used) aircraft will they fly dual pilot EC135 ?

That would be a first I believe at least in the US. 
Medics jobs may be in jepordy unless they switch over to only working ground.

Shake up over at St V's also I wonder if they knew of this and were working on a response.
