2.  Strong IFR skills because the whole company, AMC, was single pilot IFR.  Yes, we've been here before.

3.  A 4 year degree

4.  No smoking

5.  Had to show up in a suit.

6.  Actually had to show some respect.

7.  Nobody had "EMS skills".  They were pilots and never got there time in a traffic pattern.
