Nice guess my fellow pilot. Source(s) of information? The market dictates the rates...you know, the whole supply and demand thing comes into play. Of course the costs of running the service gets passed along in the contract. That is business 101. You know of a different business model? 

Metro does a lot of things right. It is why they are growing. When choosing an operator to work for, look at the whole picture.
