MedTrans has two major problems why they're so short on pilots. One is they have a major failure in recruitment due to the fact they're not looking for skilled or qualified people they're just looking for a meat in the seat with a license nothing more nothing less and get them as inexpensive as possible.

The other is retention and that has to do with the operational control management. When you're hurting for people this bad you can't disrespect people and treat them like garbage or they leave there's lots of other opportunities out there.
