The difference here is the positions were created to side step the low pay/open position issue. Senior/experienced mechanics are laughing at the offers made to fill open positions. Positions that are chronically staying open for months/years in some cases due to low pay. Hiring junior mechanics for a 7&7 base, working alone, that have no helicopter experience. This is happening, and has been for some time, the check always comes due. That is the difference
