Flight of 9, 8 hawks leading a chinook when the 47 broke radio silence to save the entire flight because the lead hawk couldn't navigate and all the hawks had thier anti collision lights on, a big no no when entering the BOX and briefed as such.  The 47 with a sling load took over lead of the formation and the hawks followed now that is priceles.  2 hawks were shot down by the OC cause they entered the box with their lights on.  Damn good 47 pilots.
