Aviation wages are lagging behind, there have been many minimum wage jobs that have increased pay by 10 bucks an hour or more in the past year and more to follow. Unless some of you have had a pay increase of that size in the past year I would say that aviation is lagging behind, we are losing money with how fast the cost of living is going up.
