Message Bristow Group is the entire company... business units in the UK, Nigeria, Norway, Australia, etc.
Bristow US LLC is the GOM + Guyana business unit. Post merger, the entire GOM operation (except SAR) was shut down.
Era Helicopters LLC is operating under a separate 135 cert, as a subsidiary of Bristow Group. It replaced Bristow US LLC in the GOM.
Most of the management structure now is from Era, and the company has been adapting most of their policies and procedures. Eventually Bristow US and Era will be under a combined 135 cert.
