While the sim isnt the best at autos you could do engine failures from different entries.  Top of a vertical takeoff 100' and 0kts.  Do it with free area ahead and then all trees.  Max continuous power, full speed at 300'  At different points along a EMS approach.  

But the best is probably hand flying in IMC since thats what tends to kill most, while I do enjoy tail rotor failures at 100' and 0 knots its not something you see alot of.  If the sim has the ability to create quality pedal forces then recreate the 3 b3's that took off with the tail unboosted.  Not sure if your aircraft is B2 or B3, dual or single hyd.  But appreciating how much you need to step on the right pedal to keep her straight is important.  Hopefully all that was demostrated with the real aircraft during training.
