We are talking about continuing to improve pay in the HAA industry. Especially striking while the iron is hot due to economic and pilot availability conditions. You couldn't help yourself though, had to spout a bunch of unrelated crap about unrelated sectors...which ultimately amounted to some predictable "bootstraps" speech.
