Loose monetary policy. Welfare, in almost all forms. Centralized planning. Centralized spending. Unfunded mandates. Funded mandates. Spurious regulatory policy. Unnecessary or redundant government departments. Among others, and just off the top of my head. Basically anything that acts like a friction to free enterprise.
