Right on! These 135 companies are Cheap and pay like it. Below average benefits. Then there's the managment "teams", Chief pilots, Regional Area Managers of this and that and too many other people who don't fly or turn wrenches telling all the pilots and mechanics what to do and how it is. Most of them are not capable and most of them are not needed. These same brilliant people are also the first in line to fire pilots and mechanics. It starts with the cheap companies and finishes with all the chiefs.
