your window of flying will become smaller and smaller to find work if you don't.  Most EMS companies are already asking that on interviews that have Hospital based customers (METRO), and if you don't have it, the interview stops...they tell you upfront that you are no good to them at a hospital base program that requires it...unless you fly News contracts or Utility, but compared to EMS the pay is a joke...

if you have been in the military you are used to this tyoe of Demand.  Remember the Anthrax military shot mandate?  stand over here if you want it....stand over there if you don't and the JAG officer will be by to read you your rights...try deploying overseas sometime either military or civilain contractor and see the kind of shots YOU have to get....
