According to AMC Management, AMC receives payment from Federal funds - Medicare and Medicaid - therefore vaccines are required for all employees at AMC without any opportunity to opt-out for tests instead of the vaccine. Not sure when the mandate will go into effect but seems inevitable. What percentage will quit or be fired for failing to vaccinate?
