NPP, thanks for the clarification on travel days.  I've only worked Regional positions.  The new hire pay is between $67,016 and 73,808.  You can negotiate towards the upper range if you have some experience in 135 ops or the airframe they need you in.  They will always try to go low on you.

The National pool pilot positions have an ACCRA of 110% so you can add 10% to your negotiated salary if you go that route.  Very few Regional relief positions have an ACCRA.

If I was to do it again, I would go the NPP position.  More schedule stability than the Regional positions and you are not locked into that position for a year as you would be with a Regional position.  Also, being single in these positions is a benefit as you don't have to explain to anyone your $crewed up schedule.  And your constantly changing $crewed up schedule.
