While I agree that things are bad, and that new leadership and a new direction are needed, you couldn't be more wrong about the "core business" thing. HAA operations have the core business of medical transport. The first word is medical. This is a medical transport company which happens to use helicopters as the means of transport, it's not a helicopter company that decided to pay for the aircraft by charging medical service fees. Most HAA pilots just don't get that. It's because they are used to being the center of attention.
